    01 — About Olcay

Technology is only valuable when it solves a real business problem.

I am Olcay Koyuncu, Digital System Architect. I do not build isolated websites or single solutions — I connect digital visibility, client processes, software and automation into one working infrastructure.

    How I work

Every project follows the same order. Understand first, build second — never the other way round.

    1. 01

      Understand the business problem

I start with what actually slows you down day to day — not with the technology.

    2. 02

      Analyse existing processes

How do inquiries arrive, who handles them, where do duplicate work and errors appear?

    3. 03

      Design the right architecture

I define which building blocks you need, how they connect and in which order they are built.

    4. 04

      Build and connect the system

Website, client processes, software and automation are built as one coherent system.

    5. 05

      Review results and develop further

After launch we check what the system delivers and extend it where it pays off.

    Working directly with me

You work directly with me — from the first analysis to the technical build. Decisions do not pass through several agency layers.

    What sets me apart

    Technology combined with business understanding
No dependency on rigid standard packages
    Custom, extendable architecture
Focus on measurable processes instead of surface design
    Multilingual and international project experience

    A clear boundary

I am the right partner for companies that need more than an ordinary website.

For cheap basic websites, ready-made site builders or projects without real collaboration, I am not the right provider.

Let us talk about your system.

You do not need to know which software you need. We look at where your process breaks and what is worth building.
